Maggs is an abnormally tall male Viera, standing at 194cm (6'4'') and towering above most other Viera of his age. The black band tattooed--not painted--across his eyes makes it difficult to discern not only his age, but his demeanor and temperament. Scars litter his skin, many of them bullet hole wounds or evidence of knife fights, which seem to be the only clue towards figuring out his true age.His eyes are as red as rubies, the only shock of non-monochromatic color in his palette, and tend to pierce through whatever he's looking at, be it your gaze or your garments. Despite that, his aetherial signature is such a faint whisper that even those who are aether-sensitive will have a hard time picking up on his presence.On the few occasions he decides to talk, his voice is a naturally sultry and sensual baritone, rarely spoken above the volume required for his conversation partner to hear him. Otherwise, this Viera seems keen on being left alone, and is rarely seen without a joint between his lips.

STORY
THE REJECT'S REJECT
Maggs acts as the forwardmost scout for the infamous Sky Pirate ship, the Lammergeier, working under notorious Captain Rex 'the Grim Ravager' Jackdaw. Despite being part of the crew, Maggs fiercely despises most of them, and it is no secret that most of them despise him right back.While Maggs has his own room onboard and is welcome to live amongst the crew like most others, Maggs keeps to himself for the most part in the penthouse of an abandoned factory building just off the coast of the Ruby Sea, where he hoards his precious plants and wealth.Little else is known about this elusive Rava, other than he will rarely turn down an invitation to occupy a bed with an interested party.

Maggs wears a Sky Pirate's brass insignia on the lapel of his jacket, as well as the official insignia for the Lammergeier. Should you be a Sky Pirate familiar with Captain Jackdaw and the vultures of the Kettle, it would be easy to see that Maggs is among them. Why he wears this insignia while cursing the Lammergeier in the same breath is anyone's guess.Notice the bullet hole scars, the knife scars, the burn scars all over his skin? Think you might be able to offer him some healing? If you can handle his flirting, he might just take you up to his penthouse.

Maggs shies away from discussions about his past, especially concerning the Golmore Jungle and anything culturally related to Rava or even Viera as a whole. He's secretive to a fault, and it is nearly impossible to gain his trust unless you know precisely how to navigate the barbed wire that is his personality.Know a thing or two about botany? Know a lot of things about botany? He may be inclined to pick your brain, or let you pick his. He is a man of few hobbies, but the quickest way to nab his attention is some wisdom about plant care.

Despite his standoffish attitude, Maggs pursues the art of therapeutic Shibari and other forms of rope bondage, not necessarily with the promise of sexual payoff. It's not an advertised fact, but ask the right questions and you might just become privy to the botanist's private, secret guilty pleasure.He enjoys the slow tedium of constructing rope and silk art, and finds it to be personally relaxing to do it with others, especially paired with calming music and aromatherapy.
